Aurelia Alexandra Erickson

Aurelia Alexandra Erickson, having lived a full and love-filled life of 96 years, passed away peacefully, with all her devoted daughters by her side on Saturday, August 27th. 
 
She was predeceased by her husband, parents, sisters, brother, many aunts, uncles, and cousins and many friends. While alert and active, living independently until a week before she passed, she missed her many friends and relatives who had predeceased her. 
In her younger years, Aurelia was an exceptional pianist who loved to play Chopin. She was a lifelong reader of poetry, philosophy, and biographies. She imbued her children with a love of art, dance and music, and her home was decorated with their many works of art.  She enjoyed listening to opera, classical and religious music, and she passed down a love of music and dance to her children, grandchildren, and great grandchildren. She was adept on the computer and did her own online shopping and video calls. She loved getting pictures and videos from her children, grandchildren, and great grandchildren. Hearing their good wishes, sharing their milestones, and watching their many performances gave her much joy. 
 
Aurelia was sustained by her faith, read the Bible and prayed every day. 
 
Aurelia is survived by her loving and devoted children, grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends. 
 
Services and Burial are private. Friends and family, who so desire, are encouraged to give to a charity of their choice in her name.
