I am so sorry about franks Passing. He was such a jolly feller. He always had a smile for everyone and a funny story to tell, some a joke, Some very interesting stories of his life of service and every day living. He came by the Post Office in Icard North Carolina Every morning to check on his mail and on us who worked there. He wanted to be sure we were doing our job right. He always hung around awhile to keep us company. He and Rachel were also very faithful church members at Shoups Grove Baptist. Such a very Faithful friend. He and Rachel were there for me when my husband died. They let us borrow his Moms Hospital recliner. A VERY DEAR DEAR PERSON AND WILL BE MISSED. I REALLY THOUGHT A LOT OF HIM. Von B Strickland

I knew Frank at TCC. He kept in touch by phone after leaving Va. He liked to talk about his Navy service, Boy Scouts, & his work at the college. He was especially proud of sharing the faith through activities with children at churches.

I knew Frank from our work with the Boy Scouts of America- in the Hampton roads Va area.
Frank was such a gentle soul, warm kind and genuine- he will be missed by all who were fortunate to have known him.
May his soul rest in peace and may his family be comforted by knowing he lived as the creator intended , friendly kind and considerate to all who crossed his earthly path. I'll see you "over there" frank- be at peace you deserve a place at the table.
